Limited Edition Policy

All artworks offered through NaagaseiNow are limited edition fine art prints.

Each edition is individually signed and numbered by the artist.

Once an edition is sold out, no additional reproductions of that artwork will be produced in the same edition format.

Edition sizes, numbering and availability are listed on individual artwork pages.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the limited-edition and made-to-order nature of our artworks, all sales are final.

Returns, exchanges and cancellations are not accepted once production has begun.

If an artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the artwork and packaging.

Approved damage claims may be eligible for replacement at our discretion.

International Orders

International collectors are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by their local authorities.

NaagaseiNow is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Shipping fees are calculated separately unless otherwise stated.
